NOCO Humane is Hiring a Client Services Supervisor (Animal Shelter) Near Evans, CO
We’re seeking applicants for a Client Services Supervisor for our Evans, CO animal shelter location. Our Client Services Supervisors are responsible for the operations of the Shelter’s Adoption and Intake functions during a particular shift. This is a full-time, working-supervisor position. Schedules include a weekend shift.
Duties Include:
*Ensure customers receive consistent and high quality services including animal adoptions, returns, intakes merchandise sales and more.
*Supervise and evaluate staff, review work-flow, create work schedules, suggest and implement department improvements.
*Train staff on a significant number of processes, procedures and policies.
*Learn and perform companion pet end of life services.
*Participate in Shelter Team, Shelter Supervisor and Supervisor/Manger meetings.
Requirements and Pluses:
*Two years of applicable customer service experience.
*One year of proven supervisory experience or six months of prior internal CSR lead experience showing initiative, leadership and professionalism.
*Previous animal welfare or animal care work experience is highly desired as is experience with Chameleon software or other animal shelter software.
*Proven bilingual (English/Spanish) writing, reading, speaking, understanding is a plus and includes a wage premium.
